🎵🍺 Phillip’s Backyard Reverb: The second weekend of the fest takes place Aug 9-11, with Earl Sweatshirt, Black Pumas, and Jungle set to perform.

🎉 Pagliacci’s 45th Anniversary Street Party: Celebrate this community gem with live music and dancing in the street, Aug 24. [Free]

🍻 The Great Canadian Beer Festival: The fest will take place at its new location, Topaz Park, Sept 6-7. 

🤘 Rifflandia: Victoria’s biggest music festival will take place Sept 13-18 at its new location at Matullia Lands.

😂 Jimmy Carr and Jim Jefferies: Two headliners for the price of one—see the comedians at Save-on-Foods Memorial Centre, Oct 26.

😆 Russell Peters: See the hilarious Canadian comedian at Save-on-Foods Memorial Centre, Nov 2.

😂 Tommy Tiernan: The Irish comedian and star of Derry Girls brings his standup show to Royal Theatre, Nov 5.  

🎙️ Sarah McLachlan: The Canadian legend brings her 30th anniversary tour to Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre, Nov 20.  

🍌 Raffi: Bring your little ones to see the iconic children’s performer at the Royal Theatre, Nov 23 & 24. 

🎸 Sum41: See the pop punk legends at Save-on-Foods Memorial Centre, with special guests PUP and Gob, Jan 10, 2025. 

🎭 Whose Live Anyway: See improv legends from Whose Line Is It Anyway—including two original cast members—at the Royal Theatre on Jan 17, 2025.

This Latin fest will feature everything from Zumba classes to folklore dancers, Latin bands, as well as a performance by Pablo Cardenas and the West Coast Cuban Orchestra.

Thursday and Saturday | Butchart Gardens and Cameron Bandshell

Victoria Symphony and Pacific Opera Victoria put on this summer festival of music at the Butchart Gardens on Thursday at 8pm and Cameron Bandshell on Saturday at 6pm.

Catch these performances in Victoria public parks and nighttime ticketed programming. Performers include Mixmaster Morris, Synkro, Softcoresoft and more.

Head to Centennial for some ballroom, starting with a cha-cha workshop.

Thirsty Chef | Saturday | 12pm

The Drake Eatery is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a Thirsty Chef event at Market Square featuring West Coast food and craft beer. [$50]
